Free Shipping
We gladly offer free domestic shipping within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped daily when possible via USPS First-Class Mail. 

Priority Mail via USPS or additional shipping options via UPS are available for an additional fee; pricing will be shown at checkout. 

Babs & Brent jewelry comes carefully packed in a soft pouch and gift box. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your jewelry is on its way. 

Babs & Brent is not responsible for delayed delivery or any items lost in the mail. 

International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us if you are interested. 

Returns 

Change your mind? Please email us at info@babsandbrent.com and we’ll provide a return shipping label. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was purchased. It must also be in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Upon receipt of returned items, Babs & Brent reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet our policy requirements.  

Exchanges 

We are happy to replace any items that are defective or damaged. Please email us at info@babsandbrent.com and we’ll provide a free return shipping label. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement depending on your credit issuer's processing time. 

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. 

All sales are final on reduced-priced items.
